This year’s BFF Team is already close to 40 members strong and Ron would like to know if any IRONDames would like to join in the challenge and become a member of BFF Team. Group training rides are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm and Sat at 9:00 am from the 407 Appleby Line parking lot on routes north from there. The start of the season is quite slow, allowing new riders to gain experience and cardio fitness. Participants are required to raise a minimum of $2,500 for the 2014 Ride.

Earlier this month there were only 500 Ride To Conquer Cancer spots available so now is the time to commit! If you are interested in joining the BFF Team CLICK HERE TO REGISTER for the 2014 Ride to Conquer Cancer and contact Ron Bottos directly at for more details.

As a member of the BFF Team your certain to enjoy an awesome spring of cycling, camaraderie and fun while continuing the IRONDame campaign against cancer.
