My father passed away from cancer a few years ago and Wellspring Halton-Peel helped me get through his difficult battle with cancer and deal with grief. Becoming an IRONDame was a wonderful opportunity for me to give back to Wellspring!

Oh, there are so many great races in Toronto. I love heading up to Muskoka for the long course triathlon each summer, this year it will be the 5150 distance.

I stick to the same breakfast; it doesn’t upset my tummy and energizes me for the race!

My Goal For The 2012/2013 Fundraising Challenge
